Meet the Baker

Hello! My name is Jessica Gillen and I am the owner of Perfectly Sweet Cookies. As the face behind the cookies, I am also the sole baker, decorator, head of packaging, marketing director and social media coordinator for this little cookie business of mine. This has been a dream of mine for many years. I started doing cakes back in 2010/2011 I then transitioned to cookies in 2019. I just baked for family and friends and then I thought what better time then now to start a small business. I officially launched my business in 2022. I am so excited to watch this business of mine grow as well as provide some yummy sugar cookies for your celebrations big and small.

I am a stay at home mom to 2 wonderful kids. I have a supportive husband who supports my dream and has allowed me to overtake the kitchen. :) I am so grateful for all the support and love I have gotten this far and I look forward to baking for you all in the future.
